With extensive academic training and experience in food management, Filipe Brites combines technical knowledge with operational practice in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He holds a postgraduate degree in Inland Tourism and Education for Sustainability, a master’s
degree in Social Dynamics and Natural Risks.
He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, along with specializations in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Electromechanics
In the food sector, he has held high-responsibility positions, overseeing the management of human, financial, and food resources in large-scale operations, such as summer camps for hundreds of children and GNR (National Republican Guard) units.
His expertise ranges from menu engineering and nutritional control to quality and food safety supervision.
