1. Services

• Devaneio is a gastropub with table service and a seating capacity of 62. It offers meals and beverages served at the table, with ready-to-eat products. Once selected and served, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed on the premises (non-smoking area).
• Sale and consumption are prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age:
• Alcoholic beverages;
• Tobacco products.
• Access is also denied to anyone who:
• Does not intend to use the service;
• Enters restricted access areas;
• Fails to comply with the establishment's internal rules.
• Entry of animals is prohibited, except for guide dogs.

3. Allergies and Intolerances

• The products on display may contain or have traces of allergens such as: Gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts, sesame seeds, among others.
• Management must be informed in advance of any food intolerances.

• No dish, food item, or drink, including couvert, may be charged if it was not ordered and consumed.
