Ricardo Zuna, Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at Devaneio, initially trained in Biochemistry with experience in Taxonomy and Quality Control in the food industry. However, he found his true passion in gastronomy. In 2016, he transitioned to the hospitality sector, starting at Mövenpick Hotel & Casino Genève, where he gained experience.

He later specialized in Service Management at Le Trinquet Restaurant, part of the Geneva Hospitality School, and worked as a Bartender at DaPaolo Restaurant in Geneva, refining his cocktail skills.

Ricardo furthered his education with a Restaurant and Beverage Management course at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Coimbra, consolidating his expertise in hospitality management and service excellence. At Devaneio, he applies his vast experience to offer an outstanding dining experience.
