Cláudio Duarte graduated from the School of Tourism and Hotel Management in Coimbra, in the Kitchen Management and Production course, where he developed a solid technical base in the area of ​​gastronomy. His professional experience includes stints at prestigious establishments, such as Restaurante Nacional, where he specialized in catering and organizing small and large-scale events.

It was through this experience that Claudio gained an in-depth understanding of catering operations, combining efficient management with the preparation of high-quality dishes for special events. His trajectory and knowledge led him to masterfully assume the role of head of Ofyr at Devaneio, where he applies his experience in events and cuisine to provide unique and memorable gastronomic experiences to our customers.
