Filipe Neto

His professional journey began at Garden Bar, Coimbra, and was marked by his victory in the National Sommeliers Competition in 2013, which allowed him to represent Portugal in the European Sommeliers Championship.

With extensive experience, Filipe has held leadership roles in prestigious projects, including as Wine Director at Six Senses Douro Valley, Food & Beverage Director at Sublime Comporta, and General Manager at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, a Relais & Châteaux property. Filipe is also a professor at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Coimbra and holds a Master’s degree in Food History from the University of Coimbra.

Additionally, he is the author of the books "O Meu Livro de Provas" and "O Meu Livro de Cocktails", reflecting his expertise and passion for wine and mixology.
