André Neves
He began his journey in the restaurant industry during secondary school, balancing a background in Science and Technology with his first experiences in the kitchen and front-of-house service.
He continued his training with a Gastronomy degree at the School of Education of Coimbra, where he developed solid technical foundations and a contemporary approach to cooking, including a period at Hotel Magnificat in Vila Real.
He was part of the opening team at Devaneio, embracing the project’s DNA from the very beginning.
Later completed an internship at Restaurant O Palco, in Coimbra, where he worked as a cook for two years, further developing his experience and culinary identity.
He now returns “home” as Head Chef, bringing a mature, technical vision aligned with our philosophy of consistency, quality, and innovation.
