At Devaneio Fire Dining, this story comes to life through a carefully curated wine list. Filipe Neto, an award-winning sommelier with a deep passion for enogastronomy, leads this project with the support of Alexandre Neto and Ricardo Zuna. Together, they have selected a versatile collection, ranging from rustic and classic wines to elegant and contemporary labels.

With the privilege of being located in Baixa de Coimbra, a region marked by the rich viticulture of Bairrada, we focus on the perfect pairing between wines and dishes, thus elevating each gastronomic experience. Our wine list is not just a selection of wines – it is a sensory journey, where each label has been chosen to surprise and, above all, delight.
