The foundation of our menu was carefully designed by Filipe Neto and reflects respect for authentic Portuguese flavors, the gastronomic richness of Mediterranean cuisine, and the mastery of Auguste Escoffier’s techniques, with a special focus on broths that enrich each dish. Under the leadership of Chef Álvaro André Mourão, we explore fire as the central element of our kitchen, enhancing the purity and intensity of the ingredients.
We work with seasonal products and sustainable practices, ensuring that every meal is a genuine expression of freshness and quality. Our custom-designed Ofyr enhances flavors indoors and transforms gatherings into unique moments outdoors whenever the weather allows.
And because we believe a great meal starts with bread, we honor Portuguese tradition with our artisanal sourdough bread recipes, ensuring they are served with every meal.
